This service is available to all clients, but be advised that it is VERY time consuming and the production price will vary according to the amount of work required.  Please call the office for details.

Big Screen Video Projection: Includes the rental and use of an N.E.C. 2000 ANSI Lumens digital video projector and portable pop up screen. I can also supply you with a DVD player at no additional charge.  The rental fee for this service is a mere $200.00 dollars.

Wedding Receptions : Start at ($650.00) Six Hundred Fifty Dollars for four (4) hours. 

For details on prices, please call the office.  All couples are always given a choice of lighting effects to choose from during negotiations.

Wedding Ceremony Music Support: Includes music and sound system support for the ceremony, a wireless lapel microphone for the officiant conducting the ceremony, any needed mics for soloists and additional direction of the ceremony if needed.

Corporate & Company events are usually held in the month of December (although not always) and involve a holiday theme (but not always). As a rule of thumb, rates increase in December. Depending on the size of the event (number of people in attendance), length of the event (total time involved for planning and performing) and lighting packages chosen, corporate and company parties have a starting price tag of ($450.00) Four Hundred Fifty Dollars. This price of $450.00 ONLY includes - (2) Small Yamaha Speakers on tripods, (1) Small subwoofer, (1) Primary Audio Console, and NO LIGHTS. This small system should be considered for very small parties with less than 50 people in attendance. Keep in mind that company parties can involve lots of add-ons such as door prizes, hats, noise-makers, inter-active and team-building events and the like.  Please take a moment to browse my party store for discount prices on these items, if you would like to add them to your event. High School Proms are afforded the same pricing grid structure as Corporate Events, but are ALWAYS given the LARGE LIGHT SHOW & LARGE (nightclub) AUDIO SYSTEM set-up as shown on the Audio and Lighting page of this website. PROM prices are negotiable.

Birthdays, Pool Parties, Bar/Nightclub gigs and College Fraternity/Sorority parties require less intensive set-up/planning and are a little less time consuming than the aforementioned so do not cost as much. The majority of these events start at ($300.00) Three Hundred dollars and increase in accordance with the amount of lighting effects and event interactivity desired.

If your event doesn't require all the bells and whistles normally associated with the events described above and below, and you wish to stay on a budget, I now have a small sound system for rent that would be perfectly suited for any event that has less than 50 people in attendance. This is also the same system I use in conjunction with wedding ceremonies.

This system includes:

(1) Yamaha Powered Mixer with 7 Mic Inputs

(2) Yamaha S112 bookshelf speakers

(2) Speaker tri-pods

All necessary cables and power cords

Your choice of available microphones

(1) Single tray CD player

This system is very popular and stays rented most weekends due to its low rental rate. I'll bring the system and set it up prior to your event and tear it down at the end of your event. Please call the office at 336-744-1154 to inquire about this system. A security deposit will be required for rental.

Sound Re-Enforcement for large outdoor events requires the use of a 10 foot by 10 foot vendors pop-up tent to protect all equipment from the elements. Many outdoor events are very large in scope and require the use of the larger "concert" audio system for appropriate sound coverage. These events do not have an "average" price structure and the contract fee depends on many different factors involved with the production value of the event.

ALL outdoor functions will require a site survey prior to the contract being signed & accepted.

Overtime rate is $50.00 per 30 minutes, and begins after the original contract end time.                                        

Overtime pay is due in cash at the time of occurrance.
